  • About this Coffee: Finca El Durazno is owned by Wilfredo Zavala. The farm is located in the village of Guinope, in the department of El Paraiso. Finca El Durazno is part of Mercon Specialty’s, a specialty coffee supplier, LIFT program. LIFT is a sustainable production program that provides valuable tools, training and services to coffee farmers and coffee communities. This honey processed micro lot was picked and prepped separately from the rest of the farm’s lots on account of its quality and complexity. The honey process consists of removing the skin of the fruit and letting some of the mucilage remain while the coffee dries. This coffee has an incredible depth of sweetness, a concord grape juice syrupy texture and a caramelized toffee-like flavor.
