  • About this Coffee: The Demeka Becha washing station serves close to 10,000 producers from the nearby community. It is situated at the top of a hill surrounded by lush green grass. The station is owned by Ayele Tulu, a Sidama man who is deeply integrated in the local area of Bona Zuria. This washed day lot was isolated from a single harvest day, in contrast to grouping lots from various harvest days. The result exceptionally highlights a washed Ethiopian flavor profile. This light roasted coffee exhibits delicate floral flavors and aromas with a delightful stone fruit sweetness that are both supported by a zesty acidity resembling a citrus fruit known as bergamot.
